I waived my card and he said I needed to move a foot over to be recognized, are you serious. I finally got to the desk and requested my upgrade and the person did not know how to do it and kept looking at some paper.
He said I was on a VIP floor. Really the IT tower. The first night people were slamming their doors and having an argument.
I called down to front desk to hear a commercial and then someone answered said security would come up. My sheets were ripped, no electricity in the bathroom drains were clogged.
The towels were thinner then a piece of paper. The hallway smelled of Marijuana smoke. Had a nonsmoking, however it smelled like it was a smoking.
People were using wagons to cart their children around and hauling inside liquor. People laying all over the slot machines so if you wanted to play you could not.
People eating food at the slot machines because sit down dining was closed. Do not come here. They do not even follow Caesars own protocol of temperature checks at the entrances.

My room was checked out to other guests. The staff here is unprofessional My room was broke into and items are missing I really don't feel comfortable with other guests being inside my room while I'm checked in what if I had my daughter's with me this is unacceptable if anyone else has to Experience this than I really wish you the best of luck I will not recommend this hotel to anyone my total came up to If I was inside of your home when you came home how would you feel, how would you react when someone taking items from your house?
The business should be sued I witness 10 employees sitting in back when they had me waiting for hours to speak with the manager and then 2 or 3 fights broke out but no one cared about my room being checked in when I'm checked in already seems like I was ripped off and treated very poorly due to my skin color this was the most terrible thing that has happen to me and it's just wrong ….

Los Angeles, California 1 contribution 1 helpful vote. Legitimately TERRIBLE hotel. The single worst Vegas hotel experience of my life. First, it took over hours to check in at midnight.
I tried to call the front desk to tell them and I kept getting put on hold and then hung up on. No joke - it took me an hour and 20 minutes to reach the front desk.
They did nothing to resolve the problem. Did not even seem to care. The TV in the room had to be operated from the control on the CONSOLE because the remote didn't even work.
When I told them about all of this at checkout, they did nothing to resolve the issue. Honestly, I would rather sleep on the sidewalk than in this hotel again.
At least I'd be able to sleep on the sidewalk. Oh and their vending machine gave me the wrong soda twice in a row. Garbage hotel.
Vanessa Bogenholm wrote a review Dec San Jose, California 5 contributions. Could be amazing, but dirty and smells.
The view is amazing and the rooms are huge but room smells and the carpet in the halls is soaking wet so they have blowers on it.
Took 45 mins in line to check in. Not enough food options open l. No tv remote. Suebailey wrote a review Dec Vaesrade, The Netherlands 14 contributions 4 helpful votes.
Stay away over 2 hours to check in at am. The way they treat their guests is ridiculous. The line is very long there is one person working the desk.
None of the express check in kiosks are working. Email for express check in also not working. Date of stay: December Trip type: Traveled with family.

Prices displayed above reflect the average daily rate for a 2-night stay beginning on the linked check-in date. I think the furniture in our room was original to the casino.
The bed seemed clean, but everything else was so old! We went to a show and upon our return, found our neighbors to be having a full blown party.
We asked for a new room and was told there was none. Others had also complained of the noise so security came up and asked them to leave.
We insisted on a new room, and finally they put us in the other tower, which had a security guard at the elevators ours did not.
The hallways were dirty. The furniture was not tons better than the other room and the carpets had been recently cleaned even though there was a huge spot as soon as you walked in and everything was wet.
By this time it was 2 in the morning and we just wanted to sleep. They still charged us the resort fee. It was ridiculous. We will never stay there again.
Date published: Rated 1 out of 5 by Maresa86 from Discusting dirty room We got in late with our kids and they crawled right into the beds, but shortly after we noticed something that looked like Carmel sauce on the floor and headboard.
Their was a couch in the room that was really old and looked dirty and worn. Everything in the room felt dirty and worn.
Had our kids not been exhausted and already in the beds we would have asked for another room. There was a desk by the elevators to check for room keys, but we never saw anyone there checking for room keys at any point in our stay.
Everyone checked into their rooms by using a kiosk. We never saw or spoke with hotel staff our entire stay.
Rated 2 out of 5 by care from Never received room service Never received room service. No towels no change of blankets but I still got charge for it.
Room was Dusty. I personally had to wipe it down with lysol wipes. Rated 1 out of 5 by VeryAngry from Never stay here This has been our WORST stay ever in Vegas and we come frequently.
The rooms are so dirty I swear our couch is from when the original Rat Pack came to Vegas dirty mustard yellow velvet and Frank Sinatra would be embarrassed!!
The toilet paper holder actually fell off the wall. The room is exceptionally outdated and just gross, which originally we were just thinking ok, not the nicest room we have stayed at, but not the worst either.
I don't love people coming into our room when we are out anyway and we are pretty neat so it was not a big deal for them not to come. Our 3rd day we had someone try to get into our room, he came to the door and knocked lightly then harder and when I didn't respond it sounded like he started messing with our lock for about 20 minutes which freaked me out because my husband was out getting coffee.
When my husband came back he said to the guy excuse me what do you think you are doing? The guy didn't even move out of the doorway for my husband to get in our room.
Security did come question him, but were exceedingly dismissive of my concerns when I went down later.
The next day we had someone next door hitting someone else and I heard through the wall hitting and hysterical crying and shouting "please don't hit me again" so again I had to call security.
About an hour later I get knocking on my door again and this time my husband is taking a nap so I don't want to open the door and wake him up.
Also, after what happened yesterday, and next door earlier, I really am hesitant about answering the door. I figure if it's anyone from the hotel they will announce themselves.
Well, MY DOOR GETS UNLOCKED AND SUDDENLY OPENS AND MAN WALKS IN!!! He says I'm here to do a security check of the room because if housekeeping does not come in for more than 24 hrs they are allowed to come into the rooms.
I am LIVID now, I get the "intent" of these checks, but after what I have been through for the last 2 days you would think they would call and just say something like "we just wanted to warn you since you have had some unique situations recently that there may be someone who will come to the room to do a routine security check.
Even housekeeping knocks and clearly calls out "housekeeping" so you know who is there. I am angry now and say this is ridiculous, the hotel offered for us to not have housekeeping come in and offered a discount for it.
I'm also thinking things like, what if I had been in the shower, or undressing!! He walks in, picks up the phone, dials a number and hangs up then looks around and leaves.
I then go down to the front desk, furious at this point, now I am normally a patient easy going person but I am freaked out and angry, my door suddenly opening and a man walking in WITHOUT announcing himself after yesterday and having to call down to security because of someone being hit repeatedly I have no clue what to think at this point and him coming in I was actually shaking!
The manager on duty decides to lecture me that all guests sign an agreement upon checkin that states the hotel has the right to perform this check.
I said you mean the tiny legalese writing that not one person can actually read or see when they checkin? He said well it's there and it's not our issue that someone is being abused or if people get into the floors and are messing with doors it's not like we can prevent people from getting up to the rooms.
My brain is thinking ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!? They even have a booth by the elevators for room key checks but no one has been there and now most hotel elevators won't even work or let you select a floor if you don't scan your card and you can only select your floor.
I travel for work and stay in hotels frequently and every single time anyone from the hotel is REQUIRED to announce themselves or call ahead to let me know if they will be entering your room and you have the "do not disturb" sign up, unless they suspect an issue.
No one has EVER just walked into my room claiming it is a "security check. The manager did nothing to try to be understanding of what I had been through, he lectured me and was condescending and told me it wasn't their responsibility and I just needed to relax.
This hotel used to be one I loved, the buffet used to be the best on the strip and even that was gross and exceedingly expensive, Golden Corral is better now that what they offer.
I will write a review in every forum I can about this because it is absolutely uncalled for especially in a dirty, paint peeling 's furnished disgusting hotel.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Lsmithwick93 from Great stay! It was comfortable, lots of options to do just around the hotel, staff was friendly and helpful.
Would recommend. Rated 2 out of 5 by Ciei from Old building with old setting It is a very old building and the room was old too.
The style, the furniture, etc. They are clean, but I think I should get more for the money I paid. Rated 3 out of 5 by Jgrande from Over rated at 4.
